Kids After School Circus Programs (Term 3)

8 weeks of fun circus skills and games for all abilities finishing in an inspired end of term performance. No previous experience necessary!

Ages 5 to 10 

Tuesdays 4pm to 5pm

Starts July

$100 for an 8 week term or use your Active and Creative Kids vouchers

The where the what and the how
 

Suzy Spindoll's School of Hooping is based in the Blue Mountains, Central West and Sydney areas and creates hula hooping and circus adventures for adults and kids of any age and ability.

Hula Hooping is a great low-impact exercise for any age or ability that has general health benefits. It is great for developing coordination and gross motor skills, as well as balance and flexibility. Waist hooping strengthens core muscles and develops endurance. Mastering new hoop tricks improves attention for other tasks and develops confidence. Plus hula hooping is fun!
